 | Since lately I usually have my computer on 24/7, I decided to give something back to the world and signed up for folding@home. Of course the only fun of participating in these distributed computing projects is having lots of pretty stats to flick through (that and a nerdy screensaver or client as shown on the picture), I was a bit dissapointed with my folding@home stats page. So yesterday I made a quick 'n dirty php script that also shows how far along my computer is with it's current work unit. It's actually not that interesting but it was fun to do, even though I'm php-ing fulltime at work as well. |
